This studio apartment really could not be more ideally situated to explore the delights of the Côte d'Azur, the apartment is only 5km from Nice airport and located on the main beach front promenade called PROMENADE DES ANGLAIS.
The apartment comprises of a Living Area which seats 2 people, Bathroom, Toilet and Shower Enclosure. The small bathroom has a small shower, basin and toilet and an endless supply of hot water.
The double sofa bed is located in the centre of the room. There is a small table and two chairs. There is a large window, and although it gets a lot of sun there is no view. All towels and linen are included and so is the laundry fee at the end of your stay. You can view over a hundred international cable channels on the large LCD screen. Full access to the internet broadband, wifi. There is a new portable cot for a baby or small child.
